Fun in Florida!

Fun in Florida!

If you read my last blog post you know that the kids and I recently took a trip to Florida and that it was a huge jump out of my comfort zone.

Ultimately taking that step of faith lead to so much fun!

While we were in Florida, my husband's uncle took us to the Orlando Science Center (It was amazing! I highly recommend it if you're visiting the area, especially the Maker Space!).

We spent a whole day doing all the fun tourist-y things in Cocoa Beach! We got to drive down the A1A and see water on both sides of us. (I could have kept driving all day, coastal driving is clearly my jam!) We hit the huge Ron Jon store, where I found my mug (if you have no clue what I'm talking about you can read all about it here.)

We met up with friends at Disney Springs. If you're wanting a taste of Disney but not in for the whole price tag Disney Springs is the place to be! The Lego store alone was a huge hit with B. All of the Lego creations were amazing to see! W wasn't crazy about it until she found the photo op with the Lego Friends! We enjoyed the Disney shops. (Where we got new pins! If you don't know about the pins at Disney ask me. I'd be happy to tell you all about the fun we discovered on our last trip!) We also ate a the T-Rex restaurant, a Disney restaurant with all the fun and animatronics typical of dining with Disney. I will say that eating here was probably the most expensive part of our trip but it was totally worth it!

We really had so much fun during our vacation and I am so blessed to be able to have gotten to spend this time with my kids, family, and my friend (it's been months since she moved back to Florida and getting to see her and her precious boys was a huge highlight for us-the best part was seeing her order meatloaf on a hot day in Florida and feeling like she took a part of Indiana with her)!

I hope you all enjoyed seeing some of the pictures of our trip. You can always follow me on Instagram (@mrs.Buitron) to see more pics of our day to day adventures (today we're doing a ton of fall cleaning for our annual Little Italy party, you know you want to see pictures of that! *where is the eyeroll emoji when you need it?*)
